Challange
Finca Aurelia had been listed on Airbnb since 2021 – but every booking came at a cost.
With Airbnb taking 14–16% per reservation, the owners were losing thousands of euros each season. The property had no direct online presence, no way to communicate its story, and no tool to let guests book independently. The finca deserved more than a platform listing.

Goal
The goal was to give Finca Aurelia its own identity – and its own revenue stream.
We set out to design a direct booking website that felt as warm and considered as the property itself. It needed to build trust immediately, communicate the unique character of the finca, and make planning a stay feel effortless – without the friction of a third-party platform.

Solution
We designed a conversion-focused website rooted in Mediterranean luxury and honest hospitality.
The site leads with an immersive hero, a real-time availability checker, and a transparent pricing breakdown that shows guests exactly how much they save by booking direct. A concierge section, room portraits with Mallorcan names, and an authentic owner's voice turn a booking page into an invitation. The result: a site that looks and feels like the finca – and works hard behind the scenes.
